 WHAT IS CHINA GRASS 
       China grass is also known as Agar-Agar.china grass are in the form of jelly.china grass is very tasty desert.
 HOW THE CHINA GRASS LOOK
INGREDIENTS

  • Milk
  • China Grass
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Dry fruit

PREPARATION

  • Take a cup of water and soak the contents of this pack in it for 10 to 15 min and boil it at a low hit for 10 min.hit continously till they become liquid.
  • Take 1 liter milk and add sugar as per your taste and boil the milk for 10 min
  • After that add china grass which we make a liquid
  • now remove from hit and pour in dish and allow  it to set for 30 min. 
  • After that add some chup dry fruits on China grass.
  • Now your China grass is ready 
  • Enjoy your China grass😋😋. 

BANANAI KA TARIKA

  • Aak cup Pani Lai or is Mai China grass ko 10-15 minutes Kai liyai bhegayai takai yai Puri tarha ghul Jai or usko २ minutes gas par pakalai .
  • 1 liter milk Lai or usmai sugar (Shakar) milai (aap Kai taste Kai hisab sai)aab milk Pak janai Kai baad usmai Jo humnai chinagrass ko pakaya tha usko dalai .iskai baad sirf २ minutes Tak hilai .
  • Aab gas baand kardai or China grass ko kisi cheez Mai nikal Lai or uspar thoda dry fruits ko kaat Kar daal dai .phir set honai Kai liyai 30 minutes Tak China grass ko set honai rakh dai .
  • Set honai Kai liyai aap usko fridge Mai bhi rakh saktai ho ya Bina fridge Kai bhi set hojata hai.
  • Aab aap ka China grass ready ho Chuka hai.

Potato cheese stick



INGREDIENTS 


  • Potatoes
  • Bread 
  • 2 chop Onion
  • 2 chop green chilly 
  • Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp corindar powder
  • 1/4 tsp black paper
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder  
  • 1 tsp curry leaves(kadi patta)
  • Flour (maida)
  • Melted cheese

PREPARATIONS 

  • Boil potatoes.
  • Take one small packet of bread and cut the bread into four piece and blend in mixture.
  • Now take the boil potatoes and mashed potatoes very well.
  • And in mashed potatoes add 1 cup bread crumb,2 chop onion,2 chop green chilly,salt (as per your taste),1/4 tsp turmeric,1/2 tsp corindar powder,1/4 tsp black paper,1 tsp red chilly powder,1tsp curry leaves,mix it well and make a dough.
  • Take a small bowl add 2 tsp flour (maida), and 4 tsp water,mix it and make a smooth paste
    .
  • Apply oil on hand ✋ make a ball of dough
  • Take a bread crumb and take a paste of flour [ maida] and ball .
     
  • Take a ball and deep into paste and then bread crumb.
  • you can use toothpicks or ice cream stick for making potatoes sticks. 
  • now all things are ready the second last step is deep fry in oil .
  • fry all the balls and sticks. 
  • take a fry balls and sticks in plate and add some melted cheese [optional]. 
  • now enjoy your potato cheese stick

Easy and healthy pasta recipes


INGREDIENTS
  • Pasta
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil-2 tsp 
  • Ginger and garlic-2 tsp 
  • Onion-chopped 2
  • Tomato-chopped 2
  • egg 2
  • Pasta masala
  • Carrot_small
  • Peas 
  • Capsicum  
  • Green chilly
  • Cumin seeds (jeera)
PREPARATION

  • Boil a water in a pot and add salt and oil in water.salty water add flavor to the pasta.
  • After a boiling of water add pasta and boil 10 minutes.
  • stir the pasta.
  • after the stir of pasta take a pan and in pan add 2 tablespoon oil,in oil add onion, tomato,carrot,some 
  • peas,chilly.Capsicum,after all the masala cooked add 2 egg in masala and stir all the masala at least 3 minutes.
  • after that add pasta in masala.
  • mix the pasta and masala 2 minutes.
  • enjoy your pasta.
